Enough with presumed consumption!

It is recent news that the Guarantor for Electricity and Gas has decided that starting from January 2017 it will no longer be possible to send citizens invoices that do not correspond to the actual use of consumption and "presumed readings".

SELF-READING: The water service manager must guarantee the possibility of carrying out and allowing it to be sent via text message, webchat, call centre.

READING TRADITIONAL: The traditional consumption reading remains, which must in any case take place at least twice or three times a year based on the quantity of consumption.

The reading attempt must be repeated if twice consecutive sessions will not be successful and if there is no self-reading available.
